Learn illustration techniques, compositional strategies and concepts in a range of traditional and digital mediums to develop the range of skills needed for producing a variety of illustrative projects or practices, including for use in commercial art, editorial art, picture books, comics, graphic novels and even technical, botanical or medical illustration

A personal, digital portfolio of works will be developed and assembled that showcases a range of illustration concepts and abilities including; visual storytelling through using narrative and sequential elements, creative use of color and perspective, hand skills in wet and dry medias, effective use of digital applications, incorporation of typographic elements into the works, and effective use of figurative elements.
